Skintastic is a dual-specialty clinic offering dermatology services (including acne and scar treatment, laser and light therapy, anti-aging and dermal fillers, pigmentation and melasma treatment, hair and scalp therapy, and medical-grade facials) and physiotherapy services (including sports injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, neurological physiotherapy, paediatric physiotherapy, and manual therapy).
The Site provides general information about these services and a means of requesting an appointment. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no doctor-patient relationship is formed simply by browsing the Site or submitting an enquiry form.
Appointment and call-back requests submitted via the Site are enquiries, not confirmed bookings, until our clinic team contacts you to confirm the date, time, and doctor. We aim to respond within a few hours during clinic hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST).
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp at +91 8650594231. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to book priority slots in future. Any treatment-specific cancellation or refund terms (for example, for prepaid procedure packages) will be communicated to you separately at the time of booking such a package.
